Maintenance and Technical Support

At i-TOOLS our objective is to ensure that every i-TOOLS user can get the most out of their tools.  It is a wise and recommended investment to purchase the annual maintenance package for your tools to ensure you get the latest and greatest upgrades and fixes for your important TOOL set to ensure that they never stop working. 

Customers with an annual maintenance package receive priority treatment with issues that are not part of training and not in the user help file.  The i-TOOLS team of professionally trained support technicians will attempt to resolve any i-TOOLS issue ASAP.
